He has consistently ranked in the top 1% of the Chicago Association of Realtors® and is well-equipped to fully advise clients through all real estate matters. His patience, knowledge, and wealth of experience in all areas of Chicago real estate have established him as an esteemed Broker and consultant in the industry.

 

Jeff has been with @properties since July 2004. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, management, and consulting. Jeff’s main motivation to begin real estate was inspired by his mom’s success as a real estate agent in his hometown, South Bend, IN.

 

His main focus has been in the downtown markets, yet after moving his family to nearby Elmhurst, he has opened up his markets to Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Glen Ellyn, Western Springs, and surrounding areas. The expansion of the team to 5 Brokers has allowed Jeff to support his business in both city and suburbs by having Brokers dedicated to each area of business.

 

Jeff graduated from Indiana University in 2001 with a B.S. in Economics. He has been a resident of downtown Chicago since 2001 and currently resides in Elmhurst after living in Bucktown for over 11 years.
